The experience and the no contact option is phenomenal. I wish there was a refund option for locks, I feel like some people do have their own locks and prefer to use it that way. But I understand. Everyone hates moving. It's a rule and a fact of life, but whenever it comes around I surprise myself by how very much I hate and dread moving. This time was no different, but I was put to ease by how easy it was to rent a unit. I first called and to my delight found out that if you're moving your belongings to Uncle Bob's, they will lend you a 14ft truck for free. Already saving money. When I arrived, Cameron was waiting for me, remembered my name from an earlier phone call and politely showed me the available units that would be the perfect size for my belongings and would be the easiest and fastest to move into. On top of that, she found me a special deal where I get my second month free. Wow, so I used a moving truck for free ($75-100 value), and get next month free ($105 savings). I like it. The next day when I moved my belongings in, John greeted me to help facilitate my move in and answered questions I had. He was incredibly helpful and provided great customer service. I've used a storage unit before in Atlanta so I know what you get with most companies. Uncle Bob's on 14th is a place that I will use again, and recommend to anyone else. One last detail I found pretty cool- in the storage areas they play either NPR or a program similar from Sirius XM. It was pretty neat to hear world news and then about the rise of bebop jazz.

The facility is so immaculate appears it brand-new! Excess through security supplemented by 96 security cameras! Facility manager was exceptionally thorough and left no stone unturned. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

This is my first time using any storage facility. Moved my daughter and friends dorm room items into Atlanta facility. Having never seen the facility, I had reservations about security and cleanliness. Upon arrival, was very happy with location and security measures. Staff was extremely helpful and comforting for a parent of a young female who will be accessing the unit.

"One Stop Moving Spot" should be the name of this Storage facility, it truly has everything you need to move. The have a variety of different types of boxs, locks, and types of storage units, Plus free rental truck options with a deposit. They have lockers for those who need a super small storage. They have a Wine Cellar that is climate control and Locked up tight. Clean restrooms, over 90 cameras, and late night acces secured my thought in being a loyal customer and also telling others to use Uncle Bob's Self Storage facility. And thanks to the manager for his AWESOME Customer Service, I appriciate you going above and beyond for me and the late customer who came to the door right at 6:01pm. Really, thank you for your customer service:)
