1) i've answered this previously so please stop sending these requests 2) the on site person was great and efficient. 3) the space needed sweeping out. it was not bad, but a broom and 3 min woudl have been useful

Let me just say the young lady that works on Thursday very good customer service. She tried to get me another unit for the price I was paying and couldn’t find . The storage unit had no light my movers just put my things in the unit the best to could . Now I have to come back by myself to try and move something’s around.Had I known at the time it was gonna be that horrible I would have went to another storage place. At the time I had no choice but to have them put my things in that nightmare . How do have storage unit’s that has no light and you gotta use the daylight . Very unhappy customer and I would not recommend anyone to put their things in that storage facility

This was a great facility. Easy access. I navigated a 20ft box truck with no problem. Karen the manager on duty was very helpful and informative while quickly getting me out of there and on with my day!

My Customer Service associate was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Because I couldn't quite get the hang of how to use the lock on the door and she was patient and did not mind showing me several times how to properly use it and made feel welcome and secure and glad I chose Public Storage

My review would be (5stars) The receptionist was Awesome, and extremely helpful at a time when my funds were really Low. This storage facility is Safe,.. Well-lit, and did I say Convenient?? They have different sizes for your needs and its Clean too.

I got the 5×5 unit. I purchased my own lock then realized it came with its own. found out later that there was a charge for it on my invoice. never was told that it was a charge but I could return it when I left but no refund. customers need to know this so it can be expected not after all the paperwork is fininalized and there's a charge for a lock that most people wouldn't pay for. need to know up front. this is a slick way of making us pay for something not verbally or in print.

This is one of the best locations in the city. It is very clean, the staff are all nice and accommodating. I had a little bit of difficulty navigating in and out of the space but other wise it's great!
